Presuit Research (Case Screening)
Pre-Suit Research (Case Screening) provides a thorough review of a medical record performed by a team consisting of a Physician and Legal Nurse Consultant. A complete report is provided that includes a chronological review of the events, discussion of the disease process, treatment rendered and, if possible, identification of any breach in the standard of care. When necessary, literature is provided to support conclusions. On-line Searches are also available.
