This is definitely not the white sands of Florida.

Musk Ox? Char? Caribou? No McDonalds up here.

Our first early morning bear expedition.

All aboard the tundra buggy.

Tim watching for a bear.

And here he comes . . .

Closer . . .

Even closer . . .

Real close . . .

Bear looking for Tim.

Bear watching Tim.

These massive majestic bears are waiting for the Hudson Bay to freeze so they can eat seals.

While they are waiting, some just lie around.

Some just wait to eat the stupid photographer.

Some wander around . . .

With their cubs.

More "Cubs of the Year". (COY) These are one year old cubs.

Some wander around alone.

Some just hang out.

Some cuddle.

Some play fight.

And some are very curious.

Here's another curious bear. We named him Powder.

"I'll just take a peek inside".

"What! I can't watch you guys too?"

Which is the grumpy old bear - the one by me or the one in the distance?

We named this one "Scar face".

We named this one "Tundra Tim".

In addition to a Silver Fox and Arctic Fox we saw this beautiful Red Fox.

Can you find the Arctic Hare here?

Just a sunny 4º day in the park. (Donna is not this fat.)

Ouch!!! Canadian Sled Dog puppies have really sharp teeth.

Here comes the team.

Here we go.

The end!
